Description:Summary: Provides consultation and data analysis services to Project Director for assigned project/contracts.
Duties:Essential Duties: Upon project assignment, reviews and performs a comprehensive analysis of workflow and related data gathering requirements necessary to produce a quality work product that meets or exceeds the customer specifications. Documents findings, prepares recommendations for the Project Director and participates in decision making process. Extracts, cleans, organizes, records, manipulates, and analyzes data. Employs targeted subject matter expertise to perform data analysis to ensure the integrity of the project data to produce meaningful demographic analyses. Reports and presents findings in written and oral format, for various phases of project tasks and deliverables. Conducts quality assurance reviews on completed surveys, questionnaires and other materials/tools used as part of the data gathering. May assist in developing training materials such as job aids, frequently asked questions (FAQs), MS PowerPoint presentations, webinars, and other training and instructional design materials as assigned. Participates in ongoing decisions regarding design, data collection, data analysis, and methodology.
Qualifications:Requirements: • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 to 5 working in the designated field. years experience in the health insurance and training fields or a similar combination of education and experience • Demonstrated ability to write professional level reports and adhere to a defined style guide • A minimum of 2 years experience in successfully managing and supervising others is highly desired • Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on market analysis • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated strong proficiency in use of MS Excel and Word; use of MS 2007 applications • Proven ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, performance-based environment • Call Center experience is preferred, but not required Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions: The environmental factors and/or physical requirements of this position include the following: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-25 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
